Terms of service

Last updated: 5 September 2026

These terms apply when you use wagglesupps.com or buy from Waggle ("Waggle", "we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully before you buy or use our products, especially the sections in bold. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or buy our products.

Important: please read before using our products

  • Always consult a qualified vet before giving your dog Waggle or any new supplement, food or treat, and follow their advice.
  • Waggle products are complementary feed for dogs only. They are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Nothing on our website, packaging or in our messages is veterinary advice.
  • Every dog is different, and we don't guarantee any particular result.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or harm resulting from use that is not in line with your vet's advice, the label, the feeding guide or these terms (see section 13).
  • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us

This website is operated by Waggle. You can contact us at store@wagglesupps.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Using our site and buying from us

  • You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us.
  • You must give accurate, complete and up-to-date information when you order.
  • If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.
  • Our products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.

3. Veterinary advice and product safety

By buying or using our products, you agree to the following:

  • Consult your vet first. Before giving your dog Waggle, or any new supplement, food or treat, speak to a qualified vet and follow their advice. This is especially important if your dog is a puppy; is pregnant, nursing or intended for breeding; has any medical condition (including liver, kidney, digestive, skin or immune conditions); is taking any medication; is due to have surgery; or has a history of allergies or reactions to supplements or new foods. If you choose to give our products without consulting a vet, you do so at your own risk.
  • For dogs only. Don't give our products to cats or any other animal. If another animal eats them, contact your vet.
  • Not for human consumption. Keep out of reach of children. If a person, especially a child, swallows any product, seek medical advice straight away and take the packaging with you.
  • Check the ingredients. Our chews contain ingredients including dairy (bovine colostrum) and fish (salmon). Read the full ingredient list on the pack before use, and don't give the product to a dog with a known sensitivity to any listed ingredient. If the information on our website differs from the label on the pack, the label applies.
  • Follow the label and feeding guide. Give only the recommended amount for your dog's weight and don't exceed the recommended daily amount. If your dog eats more, for example by getting into the jar, contact your vet.
  • Introduce gradually and watch for reactions. Some dogs may have mild digestive changes when starting a new supplement. Stop use and contact your vet immediately if you notice vomiting, diarrhoea, itching, swelling, breathing difficulty, lethargy or any other unusual sign.
  • Supervise feeding. Always supervise your dog while it eats a chew and make sure fresh water is available. Take extra care with small dogs and dogs that gulp their food, and break chews into smaller pieces if needed.
  • Not a complete diet. Our products are complementary feed and should be given alongside a balanced diet.
  • Store correctly. Store in a cool, dry place and reseal after opening. Don't use after the best-before date, if the seal or packaging is damaged or tampered with, or if the chews look or smell unusual. Contact us instead.
  • Not a substitute for veterinary care. If your dog has symptoms or an ongoing health problem, see your vet. Never delay or stop veterinary treatment because of our products or anything we say.

4. Our information is not veterinary advice

Everything we publish or say, including product descriptions, ingredient information, FAQs, emails, social media posts, reviews, testimonials and customer service replies, is general information only. It isn't veterinary advice and isn't tailored to your dog, and our customer service team can't diagnose conditions or recommend treatment. Reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences, and results vary from dog to dog.

5. Products, descriptions and prices

  • We try to make sure all product information, images and prices are accurate. Images are for illustration only and packaging may change.
  • Prices are shown in the currency of the country you're shopping from and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout.
  • If we find a pricing or description error after you've ordered, we'll contact you. You can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
  • We may change, withdraw or limit the quantity of any product at any time. This won't affect orders we've already accepted.

6. Orders

  • When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept your offer, and a contract is formed, when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order before we accept it, for example if a product is unavailable, there's a pricing error, we can't deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.
  • We may limit quantities per person, household or order.

7. Payment

  • Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed by our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.
  • If you think there's a problem with a charge, please contact us first so we can help. If you dispute a payment with your bank or card provider, we may share order, delivery and communication records with them so they can review it.

8. Offers, bundles and free gifts

  • Offers are valid only for the period stated and while stocks last, and can't be combined unless we say so.
  • Free gifts are subject to availability, are chosen by us, may vary and have no cash value. They can't be exchanged or refunded.
  • Our 30-day happy dog promise is limited to one per household, on your first order, as set out in our Refund Policy.
  • We may change or withdraw any offer at any time. This won't affect orders already placed.

9. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Products become your responsibility once they're delivered to you, to someone you nominated, or to a safe place you chose.

10. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Your 14-day right to cancel, our 30-day happy dog promise, and returns for faulty or incorrect items are covered by our Refund Policy.

11. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your dog's health and care, for deciding with your vet whether our products are suitable, and for using them in line with your vet's advice, the label and these terms. You agree not to:

  • use our site or products for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
  • resell our products, or claim to be connected with Waggle when you're not;
  • post false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content, or reviews you're not entitled to give;
  • copy, scrape or harvest content or data from our site, except as the law allows;
  • introduce viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the security or operation of our site.

12. Disclaimer

  • Our products come with the guarantees and rights the law gives you (see section 15). Apart from those, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no other promises or warranties about our products, including that they will achieve any particular result for your dog.
  • Our website is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend or change it at any time.

13. Limitation of liability

Please read this section carefully.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waggle is not liable for any loss, damage, illness, injury or expense (including veterinary costs) arising from:

  • giving our products without first consulting a vet, or against your vet's advice;
  • use that doesn't follow the label, the feeding guide or these terms;
  • use by, or consumption by, any animal other than a dog, or by any person;
  • a reaction or sensitivity to an ingredient listed on the label;
  • use after the best-before date, or use of a product that was damaged, tampered with or stored incorrectly after delivery;
  • products bought from anyone other than Waggle;
  • relying on information from our site, packaging or messages instead of your vet's advice;
  • delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are also not liable for any loss that wasn't reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for any commercial loss (such as loss of profit, revenue or opportunity). Our products are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Where we are liable and the law allows our liability to be limited, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, under product liability laws, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Waggle for any claims, losses and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our products or site, your resale of our products, or your breach of any law or anyone else's rights.

15. Your statutory rights

If you're a consumer, you have legal rights for products that are faulty or not as described, and nothing in these terms affects them. Our Refund Policy lists the main consumer laws for each country we deliver to. For consumers in Australia: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. For consumers in New Zealand: nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

16. Reviews and other content you send us

  • If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience, that you have the right to share it, and that it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.
  • You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and publish that content in connection with Waggle, in any media. We may shorten it or correct obvious typos without changing its meaning.
  • We may moderate, decline or remove content at our discretion. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

17. Intellectual property

The Waggle name and logo, and the content we create for this site, belong to Waggle or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

18. Third-party links and services

Our site may include links to, or services from, third parties, such as payment, delivery and marketing providers. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

19. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier or supplier disruption, extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, government action, or failures of internet or payment systems. If this affects your order, we'll let you know, and if the delay is significant you can cancel for a full refund.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate. The version on our site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

21. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to our site or account if we reasonably believe you've breached these terms or acted fraudulently. Any rights and obligations that arose before then, and any sections that by their nature should continue (such as sections 13 and 14), will continue to apply.

22. Governing law and complaints

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
  • If you're a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law gives you that right. Otherwise, the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction.
  • If you have a complaint, please contact us first at store@wagglesupps.com so we can try to resolve it quickly.

23. General

  • If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms will still apply, and the affected part will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation; this won't reduce your rights. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.
  • These terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of our site and your purchases.
  • Only you and Waggle have rights under these terms.
